Join us for a unique experience as Food Connect hosts our first International Women’s Day Ramadan Bazaar, in partnership with Support Groups QLD.
Aligned with this year’s theme, Balance the Scales, the evening celebrates dignity, safety and fairness for all women, regardless of background or identity.
Experience the flavours, stories and traditions of Ramadan, led by the incredible women of Sisters Support Inc., a group of women from African migrant and refugee backgrounds, building community, resilience and strength together.
Enjoy traditional foods, hear powerful women’s stories, meet local small businesses and celebrate the diversity of women across South Brisbane.
